Terms & Conditions

Shipping Policy
  • Minimum order is $100.00 - not including the cost of shipping and other charges.
  • Missing items or incorrect items in orders must be reported to customer service by phone or email within 5 business days after receipt of package.
  • If an order is no longer wanted or needed it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order before it is shipped. You may return an item or items for refund or replacement within 15 days of the shipment date. A re-stocking fee of 20% the total value of items returned will be charged. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping cost , including packages returned due to customer negligence, or refused delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, & DISCOVER CARD by phone, and via our website: www.heavenscentfragrances.com. We also accept checks by mail.
  • All orders must be paid in advance. We do not ship orders COD.
For advance payment by mail use check, money order or credit card. Include $9.00 for shipping up to 4pounds / 5 to 10 pounds include $15.00 / 11 to 19 pounds $25.00 -Orders over 20 pounds and for shipments outside of the continental United States call or email to verify shipping cost. Packages over 70 pounds require an additional UPS over weight charge.
  • Domestic packages are normally shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified.
  • Packages to foreign destinations, overseas, and U.S. Military Orders are normally shipped via US Postal Service unless otherwise specified.
  • Next Day Air, Second Day Air & 3 Day Select are additional services and require the customer to pay additional shipping cost.
  • All shipments are insured by the UPS or US Postal Service. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim for damaged contents of packages.
Regarding Lost or Damaged Merchandise
It is the responsibility of the customer to file claims for any damages to contents of packages shipped. To avoid problems follow these instructions:
  1. Inspect the contents of your shipment and check the merchandise carefully.
  2. If any damage is found, contact the Carrier (in most cases the UPS) and file a damages claim. Claim must be made within 5 business days after receiving you order.
  3. Keep the container, all the packing material, and invoice until the damage claim is settled. The package and contents will need to be inspected by the carrier.
  4. After notifying the carrier, contact Heave-Scent Fragrances to report the damaged or lost package so that we can help facilitate your claim.
